As the co-founder and CEO, I am honored to work with a variety of wonderful clients that continue to challenge me to grow and give me the opportunity to build long lasting relationships. I'm incredibly grateful for this local community that has continued to support me and allow me to contribute my accounting knowledge and tax expertise.

I'm highly organized and meticulous with over 20 years of experience in the accounting field. I earned an Honors Degree in Business Administration (A.S.) and Criminal Justice (A.A.) from Valencia College in 2005, and passed the IRS SEE exam in 2014 to become an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA).

When I'm not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family & church family, hiking, photography, and traveling the world.

Patrick Badder - Operations Manager

As a successful business owner in the service industry for over 20 years, I am excited to be expanding into the tax and accounting field as co-founder & Operations Manager for Mountain Valley Accounting LLC. My expertise in engineering, IT support, and client relations have been instrumental in creating an office environment that is professional and innovative.

My hobbies outside the office include power paragliding, riding motorcycles, scuba diving, boating, hiking, flying helicopters, welding, and metalworking. I love spending time with my family and serving as a deacon at my church.

Adrienne Chadwick - Staff Accountant (Advanced QuickBooks Pro Advisor)

In my 8+ years of doing Accounting and Bookkeeping for various firms and numerous clients, I find so much joy in cleaning up a new client's books and watching them light up as I present them with a clear and understandable picture of how their company is doing! Plus the math nerd in me loves the daily task of making sure client's books are kept neat and tidy.

I am so fortunate to be able to help friends (and future friends) by taking the laborious task off their plate, so they can focus on the parts they enjoy about their business and making it grow.

In my off time, I love doing puzzles and crosswords with some wine and homemade macarons! So I guess I'm best summed up as a Blessed and Highly Favored, Puzzle Solving, Wanna-Be French, Accountant/Bookkeeper.
